"After being stuck at a gas station a hour away from our cabin for almost 4 hours I found the number for norton's towing online and I am very glad we did. Charlie went above and beyond for my family that night. Once he realized we were stranded there, he called his wife to give us a ride to the nearest hotel and stayed with us until she arrived so we weren't sitting at the gas station alone in the dark. I honestly cant thank him enough for helping us out that night!"
